Hi, I'm Nissi. Think of this place as a friend sharing their notes. I hope what I've learned sparks something in you to dig deeper in your own journey. This isn't just about reading or watching content; it's about growing together, building community, and encouraging each other as we figure out what it means to follow Christ in real life.

I feel as if I was given these themes or pillars by God to help bring order to my life. I love structure, so this framework has become the way I organize everything, and all the content I steward flows through these same pillars. These are the themes that structure not only my life but also my calling. You're welcome to take this same approach and adapt it to fit your own life and calling!

Temple Care is about recognizing that my  physical body is a gift from God and a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit.

It's not about perfection or worldly standards, it's about stewarding your health, energy, and physical presence with intention and gratitude.

When you care for your body through fitness, nutrition, rest, and personal care, you're honoring the One who created you and preparing yourself to serve Him fully.

Me!

A real moment with God (2 minutes):

If you could be completely honest right now, what would you say? He already knows what's in your heart,  the doubt, the hope, the questions you're afraid to ask out loud. This isn't about having it all together. It's about showing up as you are.

Before You Go...

Pause here for just a moment

1. God, today I noticed You in:

2. If I’m honest, I resisted You when:

3. God, today I’m carrying:

4. If I’m honest, I feel:

5. I’ve been afraid to tell You:

6. One thing I can release to You right now is:

7. One next faithful step for tomorrow is:

8. What I want to believe is:

9. Please give me grace to:

You can write all 9, or just pick 3–6 that feel most real today.

How to use this:

Step 1: Breathe (10 seconds). Take 2 slow breaths and let your body settle.

Step 2: Notice. Answer #1–2 to name where God felt near, and where you resisted.

Step 3: Name it (honest prayer). Answer #3–5 in plain language. No fixing, no performing.

Step 4: Release + Step. Answer #6–7 to hand something over and choose one faithful next step.

Step 5: Ask + Hope. Answer #8–9 to name what you want to believe and what grace you need.

Step 6: Close with a prayer
